Annoucements for April 1

Help Wanted--Meals
If you are interested in helping prepare meals for Roy and Mindy Rogers or Ronnie and Tammie Parrish, please contact Rosie O'Bryant at 901-496-0610.

Esther Bible Study
The Esther Bible study will meet Thursday, April 2 at 12:00 and 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall.

Men's Breakfast
All men are invited to the men's breakfast on Saturday, April 4 at 8:00 AM in the Family Life Center.

Discovery Class for Potential New Members
If you are interested in church membership or becoming involved in church ministry, we invite you to attend The Discovery Sunday School class on Sunday, April 5 at 9:30 AM in the Discovery classroom. This 9-week class is taught by Bobby Kennedy.

Office Closed
The church office will be closed in observance of Good Friday. A pastor will be on call for emergencies.

Revolve Youth Rummage Sale/Car Wash
The Revolve youth group will have a rummage sale and car wash on Saturday, April 11 from 8:00 AM-2:00 PM at the church. Donations for the rummage sale may be dropped at the Family Life Center. Tickets for the car wash may be purchased for $5/per car with any youth or youth sponsor.

Easter Sunday--Sunday, April 12
On Easter Sunday, April 12, we will have an illustrated sermon, "The Power of the Resurrection in both AM services. We will not have a PM service.

Angel Food Ministries
The April menu is now available at both entrances or www.angelfoodministries.com. The order deadline on-line is Sunday, April 12 and walk-in orders are due Monday, April 13 by 4:00 PM. The pick up date is Saturday, April 18 from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM in the Family Life Center.

Women's Ministries Meeting
All ladies are invited to attend the WM meeting on Tuesday, April 14 at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall.

Annual Memorial Service
The Annual Memorial service is Sunday, April 19 at 12:30 PM. If you have a family member or friend that passed away in 2008 and would like to include them in the service, please contact the church office or Pastor Clayton.

Mother-Son Banquet
Saturday, April 25, there will be a Mother-Son banquet in the Family Life Center at 7:00 PM. To reserve a table, please contact Jackie Harrell or LeeAnn Sturch. The cost is $25/couple ($10/additional son) and the deadline is April 17.
