February 4 Announcements

Winter Jam 09
The Revolve youth group will attend Winter Jam ‘09 at the Desoto Civic Center on Thursday, February 5. Tickets are $10 each. If you would like to attend, please see Pastor Johnny.

30+ Singles Fellowship
The 30+ Singles will meet Friday, February 6 at 7:00 PM for a movie and snack night at the home of Patricia McGarrity (1506 Brentwood, West Memphis). A meal will not be served.

Daddy-Daughter Date Night
The 2009 Daddy-Daughter date night is scheduled for Friday, February 13 at 7:00 PM in the Family Life Center. Tickets are $15/couple ($7 additional daughter) and corsages are $5. You may contact Jackie Harrell or the church office to make your reservations by Friday, February 6. If you have card tables you can loan, please let Jackie know.

Genesis Meeting
There will be a meeting for Genesis leaders on Sunday, February 15 at 4:30 PM in the Family Life Center.

New Member Recognition
We will recognize our new members in the PM service on Sunday, February 15.

Deacon Commissioning Service
There will be a commissioning service Sunday, February 15 for new Deacons and Secretary/Treasurer. All new and outgoing Deacons are asked to be in attendance. The newly elected Deacons for 2009 are Dale Jones, Byron Orewiler and Larry Sharpe. The elected Secretary/Treasurer for 2009 is Larry Forbis. Please pray for our Deacon Board as they guide us into an exciting new year.

Deacons Meeting
The monthly deacons meeting will be Monday, February 16 at 7:00 PM in Pastor Rusty’s conference room.

Adult Ministries CORE Meeting
The CORE leaders for Adult Ministries will meet Wednesday, February 18 at 5:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall.

Camp Forms
Kids and Youth Camp forms and registration fee is due Sunday, February 15. The cost for Kids Camp is $55 and Youth is $50. Forms are available at each entrance. If you have any questions, please contact Jackie Harrell for Kids and Pastor Johnny for Youth.
